Hokey Pokey
You need:
5 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Golden Syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Put ingredients in pot.

Bring to boil slowly, stirring all the time.
3.
Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.
Add 1 tsp baking soda, stir.
5.
Immediately pour into greased tray or foil, or onto baking paper on tray.

Enjoy!

Store in airtight container.
